Requesting deletion of your StrengthHub Online account and the personal data associated with it.
This page is operated by STRENGTHHUB ONLINE PTY LTD, trading as StrengthHub Online (ACN 701 872 666, ABN 35 701 872 666) (“we”, “us”), the developer of the StrengthHub Online app (package com.zaggy887.strengthhub). It explains how to delete your account and data, what is deleted, and what we may retain.
Option 1 — delete in the app (fastest)
Open StrengthHub Online and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete account, then confirm.
Your account is disabled immediately. Our servers then remove the registered account data and only report the job complete after the active Firebase data, sign-in record and user-upload Storage prefix have been handled. A failed step remains in progress and is retried automatically.
Option 2 — request deletion by email
If you can’t sign in, have removed the app, or prefer to request it in writing, email us from the email address on your account:
Use the subject “Account deletion request”. To verify it’s you, send it from your account email address; we may ask you to confirm details before we act. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.
Important — deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.
If you subscribe through the app, delete your subscription first: open Settings → Manage or cancel subscription in the app, or cancel through the store you subscribed with (Apple / Google). If you have already deleted your account and can no longer reach the billing portal, email info@strengthhubonline.com and we will cancel it for you. Your payment provider may retain invoice and tax records as required by law.
What we delete
Your account and sign-in credentials.
Your profile and screening answers (date of birth, sex, height/weight, goals, injuries).
Your workout logs and app content.
Nutrition estimates you logged (the removed meal scanner does not store meal photos).
Any community profile, username and activity records.
Your push-notification tokens.
Your uploaded profile photo/avatar.
User-linked product analytics, client-error records and notification-send audit records.
Our active subscription-entitlement and billing-metadata copies (this does not remove provider transaction records or cancel a subscription).
What we may keep, and for how long
A minimal deletion record (account identifier, status and timestamps only, no personal content) kept as evidence the request was completed and scheduled to expire after 24 months (implemented as 730 days). An in-progress deletion job is retained until the recovery process finishes.
User-linked product analytics are scheduled to expire after 12 months (implemented as 365 days), notification-send audit records after 90 days and client-error records after 30 days. Account deletion removes linked records sooner.
Firestore recovery history and daily backups for up to 7 days, and deleted Storage-object recovery copies for up to 7 days.
Ordinary Google Cloud application/request logs for 30 days and required audit logs for 400 days.
Financial, transaction, fraud and tax records held independently by Stripe, RevenueCat, Apple or Google as required by their policies and law. Stripe states generally five years or more; Apple states at least ten years for most App Store purchase data. RevenueCat and Google Play do not publish one fixed period for every record.
An already queued push notification cannot be recalled; Expo receipts last 24 hours and downstream delivery may remain queued for up to four weeks.
